Booking Policy

JuiceCutz RV Barbershop & On-the-Go Services (Where Quality Meets Convenience). Thank you for choosing JuiceCutz — your go-to for expert grooming, whether in our mobile RV or at your location. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies:

Hair Preparation Requirement

  • Hair must be shampooed and conditioned the day before or day of the appointment.
  • If not, a $10 shampoo & conditioning fee will be added.
  • Shampoo service is available upon request prior to haircut.

Punctuality Policy

  • RV Appointments: 10-minute grace period for individual bookings. No grace for group bookings.
  • On-the-Go Appointments: Be fully ready and on time when the barber arrives. (Late readiness may result in rescheduling or cancellation without refund.)

Cancellation Policy

  • RV Appointments: Cancel or reschedule at least 30 minutes prior to appointment.
  • On-the-Go Appointments: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for full refund. (Same-day cancellations may receive partial or no refund due to travel and prep time.)

Payment Policy

  • RV Services: Payment due before or immediately after the service.
  • On-the-Go Services: Payment is due in full by the day before the scheduled appointment. (Unpaid bookings will be automatically canceled.)

Walk-In Policy (RV Only)

  • Walk-ins welcome based on availability.
  • Booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred time.

Advance Booking Requirement

  • All On-the-Go appointments must be booked at least one week in advance.
  • All required information must be submitted accurately during booking. (Incomplete submissions may result in delayed confirmation or denial.)
